Learn how to design your very own Name Card and Flyer Design with Adobe Photoshop CS6.
Simple tricks would be shared on how to make your designs look better.

The workshop will be from 1pm to 5pm, something when wrong with the event page, we've tried deleting and adding the event a few times, but the time still shows 4pm for some reason.

Workshop Objectives:
a) Create / Design a Name Card Design (with QR code)
b) Create / Design an A5 Flyer Design (with QR code)
c) Design your very own A5 Corporate Brochure

Overview of workshop:

a) Introduction to Photoshop - 30 mins
• Understanding the common different file formats required when designing .psd, .jpg, .png, .pdf, .tif
• How to setup your document size.
• Settings to look out for when designing
• A walkthrough of Photoshop CS6 interface
• Free Typography & Font Resources
• Opening and importing images in your Photoshop Canvas
• How to crop and resize your images
• Difference between Image size and Canvas size
• How to use layers and layer groups
• How to crop an object out of an image using the Polygonal Lasso Tool
• Use of gradient tool in your design

b) Designing a Name Card Design - 45 mins

What you'll need to bring to class:
• Laptop with Adobe Photoshop installed
• Laptop charger
• Mouse, Mouse Pad (optional)
• A notebook to take notes
• Pens for note taking
• Examples of design you like (optional)

2. Is my registration/ticket transferrable or refundable?

Yes, all tickets are transferrable. You will need to notify us at workshops@skycrm.asia 3 working days before the start of the event. Ticket(s) are fully refundable if the request for refund is made at least 2 weeks before the start of the event.

3. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can print the ticket or show the ticket via your Mobile Phone.

4. Is there a minimum class size to proceed?

Yes. We require a minimum class size of 4 people to proceed with the class. In the event that there is insufficient participants, we reserve the right to reschedule the class or provide a full refund.

5. When will i receive the certificate for the course?

Upon completion of the workshop, our trainer will collect your address details for the certificates to be mailed to your home/office address within 7 working days from the completion of the workshop.
